These terms explain text messaging with GeekSuite Exteriors. Your project scope, pricing and payment terms are set out in your written project agreement.

Messages about your project

When you choose to receive texts from GeekSuite Exteriors, messages may include replies to your questions, estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling, delivery and installation updates, and customer support.

Your choice and consent

Text messaging is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. We send messages for the purposes you agreed to. Providing a phone number by itself does not authorize unrelated marketing messages.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to a GeekSuite Exteriors text to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your request. To receive messages again, provide a new opt-in. Reply HELP for assistance, or email cgarcia@geeksuiteexteriors.com. You can also use that email to request an opt-out or arrange another way to receive project updates.

Your mobile information

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver and support our messages. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
