Caithryn Garcia — Owner
Clear answers come first. Caithryn leads GeekSuite Exteriors with a practical, education-first approach: understand the home, explain the choices and help the homeowner decide with confidence.
Bilingual and hands-on throughout the project, she helps turn product details, scheduling and insurance questions into understandable next steps. The aim is straightforward communication from the first conversation through completion.
Her commitment extends beyond the jobsite. As owner of a women-owned local business, Caithryn works with local Spanish-speaking schools and community organizations on food drives, fundraising and rent-help efforts. Listening, explaining and showing up are part of how she leads—in the neighborhood and at GeekSuite.
Britt Hanson — Head of Operations & Accounting

Good communication depends on good coordination. Britt keeps product details, scheduling and supplier conversations moving so the team has the information it needs.
Her approach is practical: accurate records, clear timelines and respect for the home at the center of the project. She brings residential-construction experience to her role and has been part of GeekSuite Exteriors since 2018.
Todd Krafty — Founder & Window Specialist
Todd founded The Window Geeks in 2013 and helped grow it into GeekSuite Exteriors in 2019. His focus today is replacement windows, including the details that make older homes worth preserving.
He brings more than 20 years of experience to conversations about products, existing openings and installation choices. Todd also served with the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne and received an honorable discharge.
